Refund policy

ToyBrickLighting.com aims to provide 100% Happiness and Satisfaction to all of our customers (you can read more about this on our About Us page). We hope that it never needs to happen, but in the situation that you require a return, we have created the following policy which we believe is fair and transparent. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging, and the procedure on this page must be followed.

If your reason for a return request is a change of mind, then we will issue you credit for price of your ordered product(s).

To start a return, contact us at support@toybricklighting.com with your order number and reasoning for why you would like a Return. When your Return request is received, we’ll send you our receiving address which you will need to post and  return the package to (at your own expense). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted (this does not apply to deliveries that you decline to accept because of damage on arrival).

Damaged, Lost and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If a parcel arrives with a damaged exterior, do not sign or accept the package, just take a photo of the damage and tell them to return it to sender. You can then send the picture to us via email, and we will get to resending a replacement, free of charge.

Although each item is Quality Checked before postage, if your item is damaged on arrival, contact us with photographs/video of the damage. We will inspect this and may request further information, then we will send you a replacement item at no cost.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is deemed "lost in transit" by the Shipping Company and cannot be recovered, we will assume the cost of this package and shipping, and immediately send you a replacement package at no cost to you. We thank you for bearing with us during these rare situations.

As part of our Happiness and Satisfaction Guarantee, if you receive an item that you no longer want or need, we can issue you store credit once the return is received, so that you can purchase another item that you want through our store. If we don't have what you need, we will strive to get it in stock for you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
It is our preference and practice that in the first instance of any issue with a purchase from our store, we will send you an exchange/replacement product that is the same as what you ordered, at no extra cost to you. If the original item(s) ordered were received broken or damaged, we typically won't require you to return the package to us before sending a replacement. Every situation will be treated uniquely and our Support team will try to work out the best solution.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
